If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 30 business days from the date of receipt to return it.
The first step is to contact us by email at email@example.com and we will send you the address that you need to return the item(s) to. All items must be returned in their original condition in their original packaging. Items must be perfectly packed and include a copy of the delivery note.
Once we received the return at our logistic center, our Customer Centre will contact you to confirm the return in a maximum of 15 days. This period can be higher in Christmas, Black Friday, Sales or promotions period.
The amount is not returned, we generate a coupon for your next purchase. This coupon will be sent to you by email and will be exclusively named only at the person delivered.
Please note that we do not refund delivery costs for returns, unless the item is faulty or you were to receive the wrong item, in which case, we will cover the cost of collecting and redelivering your order. In this case, please email to firstname.lastname@example.org and specify at the Subjet: Faulty + # order, including pictures that show the faulty.
The delivery cost for refund will not be charged unless when the return is made at our store in C/Ferran Agulló 16, Barcelona.
